Rahul brings more than two decades of experience managing enterprise groups with integrated business applications across multiple industries — Professional Services, Telecommunications, EPC and Oil & Gas. He has led transformation and implementation rollouts for multi-cultural teams on multi-million-dollar programs at Fortune 100 companies.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Meenakshi Dave as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Oracle Technologies is a results-oriented executive responsible for driving operational excellence, business efficiency, and sustainable growth across the organization.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, Meenakshi oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business functions align with the company's strategic objectives, quality standards, and customer commitments. The role encompasses operational management, project delivery oversight, resource optimization, financial performance, and continuous process improvement.

Martina Bhan
Marketing Coordinator
As the Marketing Coordinator, Martina supports the OrcTech Team with social media management, public relations, and overall company outreach. Martina has a strong background in marketing fundamentals and company support.
She also serves as the company creative assistant along with monitoring of marketing activities to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
